Rules and Regulation for Registration at IFFD CineXchange 2026
1. IFFD CineXchange is organised by Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC), a government undertaking facilitating tourism since 1975.
2. IFFD CineXchange/DTTDC/ its agencies will not be responsible or liable for the activities, performance or failure to perform by any of the Companies, Participants, Industry Attendees, Sponsors, Affiliates or any other party / person / legal entity who may participate at IFFD CineXchange or who may otherwise utilize the facilities or services of IFFD CineXchange or DTTDC; nor are they liable for the actions, inactions or negligence of suppliers, utilities, vendors, or parties; nor for major events including without limitation, strikes, work stoppage, war or military activities, civil disorders, criminal conduct of others, weather, fire, earthquakes, acts of God or other events
beyond DTTDC or IFFD CineXchange control.
3. All IFFD CineXchange participants shall indemnify and hold harmless DTTDC, its agencies, its members, officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing from and against any and all claims, damages and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to any breach or alleged breach of their agreements or alleged agreements with third parties.
4. All IFFD CineXchange delegates shall be responsible for all arrangements related to their participation in IFFD CineXchange.
5. As the owner and operator of the IFFD CineXchange, DTTDC has the right, in its sole discretion, to apply, interpret and revoke the IFFD CineXchange Regulations. In the event of such revocation, DTTDC shall have the absolute right to prohibit entry to any individual and/or company to IFFD CineXchange. In such an event, the participant shall not be entitled to raise any claims against IFFD CineXchange or DTTDC or its agencies. Neither IFFD CineXchange nor DTTDC/its agencies shall bear any responsibility or liability in connection with the participant’s preparation for, or attendance at, IFFD CineXchange.
6. DTTDC reserves the right to revoke previously granted badges and/or prohibit a company, its affiliates, all its employees, and/or an individual from participating in a current or future edition(s) of IFFD CineXchange for the following reasons –
Delegates who breach the safety and security of IFFD CineXchange, including but not limited to, threats to other participants.
Delegates who have been convicted of criminal copyright infringements.
7. The decisions made by IFFD CineXchange regarding selections for delegate registration are final. IFFD CineXchange will not provide any justification and/or comments regarding the final decision on the selection of registered attendees.
8. IFFD CineXchange / DTTDC / its agencies have the right to reject/remove any registration request for non-compliance with any rule and regulation of the Registration section.
